I am a Clinical Psychologist and have been working with clients in the ACT since 2008. I have worked within the public health system and currently in private practice. I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority (AHPRA) with an endorsement in Clinical Psychology. I am a registered Medicare provider, so can offer rebated sessions (you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP for up to ten rebated sessions per calendar year).

My qualifications are: Bachelor of Applied Psychology (UC)

Honours degree in Applied Psychology 1st Class (UC)

Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology (ANU)

I can be of assistance in treating and better managing a range of difficulties, including (but not limited to): PTSD, Complex Trauma, Chronic Pain, Depression, and Anxiety. I am approachable, supportive, and work in a collaborative and transparent manner to help clients resolve difficulties and move forward in valued directions. I employ a range of evidence-based approaches in order to tailor therapy and achieve the best outcomes. Approaches include (but not limited to): Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Pain Management, Mindfulness-based therapies, and Positive Psychology. I provide talks and training to a range of organisations and community groups. I places a high value on continued learning and training as a professional, to make sure clients receive the best evidence-based treatment.

I have a Bachelor of Applied Psychology with First Class Honours from University of Canberra, and a Masters of Clinical Psychology from the Australian National University. I have lectured within the ANU Undergraduate Psychology program, as well as taught within the Postgraduate Clinical Psychology program. I have been ACT Branch Chair of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and am a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. I am a board approved supervisor.
